Conservation Area update – public consultation
As you may be aware a dedicated band have been working very hard over the past months to update the Crondall Conservation Area document (technically called the: “Appraisal and Management Proposals”)
Download the file: CCA Appraisal & Proposals v0.5
This is the document that defines the Conservation Area and provides guidance to Hart when making planning decisions, weighed alongside other key policies and plans. To keep it fresh and relevant, it should be reviewed and updated every few years and we are lucky that since Hart had no funding for such activities, the working group has delivered this update, including a massive amount of work to record the listed and positive buildings in Crondall.
A quick overview presentation: CCAMP_Consultation_Presentation_v0.5
Now it’s your turn: The document is a “draft” until you’ve had a chance to comment on it and its formally adopted by Hart. In addition to the electronic copies on the Crondall Parish and Hart websites, there will be 2 exhibitions at
The Church Rooms, Croft Lane
on Monday 15th and Tuesday 30th August
from 4.00 pm to 8 pm.
This is give some notice (for Monday) and for those on holiday a chance to drop in later in the month. Please come and give your views on Preserving and Enhancing our Conservation Area. Positive encouragement is as valuable as legitimate comments and questions!
Then compete the Questionnaire: Crondall CA Appraisal questionnaire – Aug16
by 12th Sept 2016
and return comments:-
–by email to: email@example.com
–by post to: Crondall Conservation Area, Corporate Services, Hart District Council, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 4AE
