Crondall Parish Council Meeting Schedules
The Parish Council meets monthly, generally on the 4th Monday of each month. However, it may move earlier in the month if there is a Bank Holiday and may be further adjusted to fit around major public holidays such a Christmas and Easter. A complete list of planned dates is created each calendar year and promulgated on the notice boards and website.
An Annual Parish Meeting is convened around April of each year; this is an opportunity for parishioners to hear what the Parish Council has been doing.
Parishioners are welcome at all meetings of the Parish Council, which are “meetings in public”, with the notable exception of “in committee” items which may need to be discussed confidentially. Public participation is encouraged but is limited to two parts of the meeting (general matters and specific planning applications). Prior registration with the Clerk is required and contributions are limited to 3 minutes. If you are speaking for or against planning applications, we normally allow one “for” and one “against”. Please speak to the Clerk to clarify if, when and how to participate.
