Road Reports

The Roads, Traffic and Footpaths Lead, currently Cllr Taylor, is the focus for road and traffic related matters plus Footpaths on the Parish Council.  The Roads and Footpaths Lead collect and collate information on roads and footpaths and as well as presenting to the Council, liaise directly with Hampshire County Council to ensure issues are highlighted and rectified.

152/24  Roads, Traffic & Footpaths Report*

Following last month’s road condition report which had been distributed to HCC, Cllr Taylor has received notification that all potholes and issues have been included for fixing, with one exception – of the four issues on the junction of Bowling Alley and the A287, two have been accepted and two not.  Cllr Taylor continues to push for the remaining two to be included.  Cllrs thanked him for all his efforts to date.
